Is new patent pending solution for fast and reliable air sterilization.
One of the major problems for fast and efficient air sterilization is large volume of gas (air) which need to be processed and fully disinfected in a shortest amount of time and with smallest possible energy use and heat release.
In order to do that we came with combination of proven method of sterilization with UV-C radiation and our own, patent pending, upgrade in form of Tesla type based turbine above and below which are placed electric plasma terminals.
So how does it works?
As turbine rotate it draws air inside UV sterilization tube trough air intakes into UV sterilization tube. Within air intakes air filters are placed with primary role to stop dust enters UV sterilization tube. When air enters inside UV sterilization tube it is disinfected at several different ways:
- by UV light radiation,
- by interaction with copper covered UV lamps supporters,
- by interaction with silver covered inner reflective tube,
after which it reach turbine.
When air reach turbine any remained viruses, bacteria and fungi are neutralized at following ways:
- by interaction with large surfaces of electrically charged turbine copper discs,
- by direct interaction with electric plasma within tubine discs and released ozone gas.
On this way it is possible to achieve, in short time period, almost 100% neutralization rate of viruses, bacteria and fungi in volume of air which enters ADVIN 20.
ADVIN 20 will be used in hospitals in order to sterilize air in hospital hallways, patients rooms and operating rooms.
Cafes and restaurants are some of the most hazardous places for biohazard air contaminations where ADVIN 20 is needed.
Places like food markets, stores and shopping moles are some of the places where infectious viruses can spread rapidly - but not if ADVIN 20 is deployed.
